Charlie Siburt: Friend of Church Leaders

I have said for a long time that the Churches of Christ are so autonomous, we are anonymous.  Yet, there are those people who network others tenaciously for the sake of the kingdom. Charlie Siburt is one of those people. His vision handicap did not slow him down. He never made excuses. He never ask for pity. If he has any fault, it is that he is a work-a-holic, just like many ministers.

Because cancer is winning in his body, his time is short with us.  My friend, Dan Bouchelle says what many a church leader feels about Charlie.  It’s worth your reading and your prayers as the groaning of Charlie’s body and spirit gives way to full redemption in Christ.
